This new Perks program is horrible.
You get perk coupons, but yet half the time they don't come off. You have to contact customer service.
Then they give you a credit for the next time that you go in.
Last month I was supposed to get 500 perks for spending $50. I spent more numerous times, and it finally came off. Today I have one for 250 perks when spending $50 or more. I did that.
Of course, the perks didn't show up..
The fact that we have to have 100 perks to earn 10 cents off is just ridiculous!
Why couldn't they just leave things alone!
My Geneva Ohio store though, is fabulous. Everyone there is so nice and very helpful if you need help.

In your weekly ad dated March 7th thru March 13th, you have the 4-count box of Drumsticks buy one, get two free. Your South Fayette and Bridgeville store have been out of stock since Saturday morning.
I checked today at both stores and still none of the 4-count boxes, I asked a Rich at the South Fayette store if they were getting any more in stock and he said he ordered them Sunday, March 10th.
Well, I was a buyer and this is unacceptable when you advise a sale like this and really do not have enough inventory. I was also told you do not give out rain checks and to check back. Do you know why this would happen when you are advertising a sale like this and you cannot supply the customer?
Do you care that you are not satisfying your sale ads with inventory? No wonder I saw an ad that Giant Eagle is the worst grocery store to shop at!

The coupon s the are especially meant for me never work they havent for the last 2 months I always have to write about them well is happened again on my last visit the 1.50 didnt come off the shredded cheese the .75 didnt come off the bread and I got the Scott toilet paper 2 for ten dollars and they charged me 7.49 I questioned the clerk and she said it would come off at the end well it didnt, I never looked at my receipt till I got home, I dont understand why you give me the coupons if they never work getting very frustrating I wrote to giant eagle as soon as I got home and its been 4 days and nothing so can you please help me Stephanie gentkowski card number448237****10

On Friday night my wife received a text telling her that her prescription was ready. When I went in Saturday, the clerk informed me that it wasn't in yet and I could pick it up the next day.
When I informed her about the text, she said I could pick it up after 2:00. I thought it wasn't in. When I complained to the Pharmacist, I had the same result. No one seems to care about the inconvenience they cause people.
We get a lot of prescriptions there. You can check.
I am disgusted with you and looking to take our business elsewhere. This has happened before and I wonder how many others experience this problem.

Terrible Service
Giant Eagle, Barberton Ohio Arrived when the store opened at 7am for groceries. No clerk at check out so had to use self check out...TWO items scanned thru at the wrong price.
After checkout went to the service desk to have the prices corrected. SERVICE DESK WAS CLOSED, 7:20am. Went and got the manager who told me the service desk DOES NOT OPEN TILL 8am !!! Informed me I would have to COME BACK at 8am to have the prices correct.
When I told him that was ridiculous he told me "I Just Work Here And Do What They Tell Me So Dont Yell At Me...:: and then just walked away...That was it for me and Giant Eagle. WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN

The cashier witness me coming up to pay for my items and my food item which I paid for which is all on camera and I'm sure the door come up more than what it should my or seat should have been for $28 and some change I'm asking for the reimbursement of my $28 and and when you ask her receipt the machines either down or there's too many people online again it's on camera I asked speak to a manager and manager never came out and you guys keep sending me email is there still a problem yes they're very ignorant there it's a get-going Carnegie 15106 I have a company I buy all my gas there my drinks there and my food but you guys are making me turn away from your store I'm just asking you reimburse me for the $28 and some change that I spent nothing more nothing less
