I cant believe that people do not know the difference between buttercream icing and sugar icing- this happened more than one birthday not everyone likes buttercream- it takes like buttered crisco- one would do beyyer using duncan hines homestly or betty crocker rich and creamy. my cake was ruined when we specified "not buttercream"

we are not calorie counters and dont appreciate someone controlling which icing we want

and more people like WHITE(not yellow) cake than you know.

not white and airy a solid white cake that tastes home,made.

grant you Giant Eagle has made some really good ones up untill the last two years. and I use to tell everyone how great they were- well guess what- going downhill like everyone eles and for God sake if you merge with shop n save dont use their bakery ideas they have very dry products.

by the way my name was even spelled wrong. Happy birthday to me.

thanks for letting me vent and hope you can very soon straighten out your icing problem- too many people look forward to a good homemade tasting cake- you had it 2 years agio where did it go?

and bring back the Mazola oil your losing alot of sales I can name 5 people who always use it.
